How much is the deposit?

After confirming your booking, a deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made one month prior to the party date will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within one month of the party date will result in the entire deposit being retained.

What is your payment policy?

Full payment is required prior to your party date.

What measures do you have in place for hygiene?

All bed linen, mattresses, cushions, trays, lamps, and vases undergo thorough washing after each party.

When can I collect the Teepee package and return it?

You can collect everything on the Thursday or Friday before the party and return everything on Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. Pick up and drop off is in Kellyville.

Am I able to mix and match decorations?

If you have a particular look or theme in mind, don't hesitate to contact us.

Allergies

Party in a Teepee is not responsible for allergic reactions or any medical issues from using our equipment. It's also up to the client to ask guests about allergies.

What’s not included for my slumber party?

While we provide many items, we do not provide sleeping pillows due to hygiene reasons.

How much space do I need for each Teepee?

Each teepee occupies a space measuring roughly 190cm in length and 112cm in width. If you’d like the tray table on the floor, simply add 35cm to the length. Alternatively, we can place it on the bed.
